Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Develop and implement the Business Development strategy for the Makkah Region Cluster. 2. Identify new business opportunities that support the growth of hospital and medical center services. 3. Build strategic relationships with corporate organizations, governmental entities, insurance companies, employers, and healthcare partners. 4. Develop referral networks with physicians, clinics, and hospitals to increase patient referrals. 5. Identify opportunities for new services, clinics, and business expansion. 6. Work closely with Operations and Medical Leadership to identify service gaps and develop growth plans. 7. Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns that increase patient volume and brand awareness. 8. Lead contract negotiations and partnership discussions with external organizations. 9. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and healthcare industry developments. 10. Ensure all business development activities align with the organization's strategic objectives and governance requirements. 11. Prepare monthly business development reports including pipeline, opportunities, revenue impact, and business performance. 12. Represent the organization at healthcare conferences, networking events, and business meetings. 13. Support tender submissions and strategic proposals for both governmental and private sector opportunities. 14. Actively uses the CRM commercial data to identify unrealized growth opportunities such as non-returning patients and unconverted leads. Job Requirements Skills and Abilities: - Computer Literacy - Critical Thinking - Project Management - Negotiation Skills Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Relations, Commercial Strategy, or Healthcare Business Development Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field. Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic Licenses / Certifications: N/A
