Cashier

We are actively looking for customer-focused and motivated Cashiers to join our Stores team in Al-Ahasa City. Core Responsibilities: • Provide a friendly, professional, and efficient checkout experience to every customer. • Greet, engage, and thank customers, ensuring a positive impression of the store. • Support the store’s customer service program (e.g., Guest model) and contribute to CSI results. • Escalate customer complaints or issues promptly to the Operations Manager. • Promote add-on products, services, warranties, and accessories during checkout. • Support seasonal campaigns and promotional transactions in line with company procedures. • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Essential Qualifications and Skills: • High school, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree. • 0–2 years of cashiering or customer service experience. • Proficiency in Arabic & English. • Basic math, computer literacy, and POS system knowledge. • Customer service orientation and attention to detail. • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak seasons.
