Competency Advisor

Competency Advisor primarily work with Management team to advise matters related to department's Competency such as monthly reporting, KPIs, training and development of workplace Assessors, etc. Act as Workplace Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer for NOV Aftermarket Competency Management System (CMS), ensuring Competency record and practices align with awarding bodies requirement and NOV standard.
