Dairy Mixing Operator

Core Purpose of Job: Under direct Supervision from the Team Leader, this is a full-time on-site role for a mixing Operator at Arla located in Riyadh. The mixing Operator will be responsible for mix materials or ingredients used for production processes or manually mix ingredients. Loads materials into mixing equipment and ensures results comply with specified batch requirements. Documents operational information as required. Additionally, Mixer cleans and sanitizes processing equipment, tanks, filters, pipes, lines, and pumps. Follows hazardous material handling and personal protective equipment requirements. Key Result Areas: • Operate and control mixing equipment to blend raw materials • Follow production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders • Inspect machinery and equipment to identify and report any malfunctions or defects • Monitor ingredient levels and adjust as needed to maintain quality standards • Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) • Record production data and maintain accurate inventory records • Closely follow recipes and formulas to ensure consistency and quality of products • Collaborate with production team members to ensure efficient and effective operations Requirements : • Minimum of (3) years previous experience as a mixer operator • ability to read and follow recipes and batch tickets accurately • able to stand for extended periods of time • excellent attention to detail • strong communication and teamwork skills • availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays • Ability to operate and understand equipment • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Team Leader satisfaction Show more Show less
