Entities Governance Officer

Title: Entities Governance Officer Department: Corporate & Entities Governance Location: Riyadh • Assisting in Implementing the Subsidiaries and Associates policies and frameworks. • Maintains effective monitoring, periodic updates and communication of the existing and new regulations in relation to the Subsidiaries & Associates policies and framework. • Assisting in establishing TSA & SLAs where required and leads the annual review of existing SLAs/PLAs with Business Owners to ensure all are reviewed and updated in line with the governance process. • Monitoring the performance of existing SLAs/PLAs in line with governance framework of such arrangements. • Assisting in Implementing strategic projects related to Subsidiaries & Associates Governance Department. • Builds and maintains strong relationship with Subsidiaries & Associates as well as internal stakeholders. • Develop a central Repository/Maintenance/Tracking methodology for Subsidiaries & Associates Governance and related TSA & SLA Assigns. • Communicate on a regular basis with Subsidiaries & Associates as needed. • Facilitates merger/closure of Subsidiaries & Associates (where applicable). Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or any related field. • Prior experience in Governance, Subsidiary/Associate Management, or a related function, preferably within the banking sector. • Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, policies, regulatory requirements, and TSA/SLA management, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
