Financial Analyst

Job Purpose / Objective Prepare and present comprehensive technical, administrative, and financial analytical and statistical reports to present and interpret data, identify alternatives, and present and justify conclusions, forecasts, and recommendations based on data summaries and other findings to reflect HMG financial standing. Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities • Create and update a variety of management reports including daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and dashboards. Identify new reporting needs to monitor operational performance. • Work closely with various departments and management and design semi-automated templates and tools to streamline the performance reporting of all HMG departments. • Research and implement highest standards consistent with best practices and emerging trends in analytics, both within and outside the healthcare industry. • Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, and systems for tracking information for reporting purposes. • Respond to inquiries in a courteous manner; provide information within the area of assignment; resolve complaints in an efficient and timely manner. • Imports, cleans, transforms, validates and models data to achieve understanding and conclusions from the data for business to make timely decisions. • Participate in person-cantered care initiatives undertaken by HMG. • Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity. • Perform other applicable task and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities. Education/ Professional Qualification • Bachelor's Degree Commerce, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent professional designation is required. Experience • Minimum (2) years of experience.
