IT Client Support Technician

NOV is hiring an IT Client Support Technician to join our team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will provide end-user PC support, assist with hardware and software configuration, installation, and troubleshooting, and deliver excellent customer service to internal users. The position also involves performing system maintenance, supporting users both remotely and on-site, and collaborating with other IT specialists to resolve technical issues. This role will act as a liaison between IT and the business unit or facility, manage IT-related projects within the West Houston region, and provide status updates and problem summaries as needed.
