IT Support Engineers

We are looking for a IT Support Engineer to join our IT team and support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a basic technical background, good communication skills, and a passion for troubleshooting and solving technical issues.You will be responsible for supporting incident management, coordinating with relevant IT teams, following up on technical issues, and ensuring incidents are properly tracked and resolved.This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to build their career in IT Support and Incident Management within a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities • Log, categorize, prioritize, and track IT incidents. • Coordinate with IT Support, Network, Store Operations, and resolver teams. • Monitor incident progress and follow up to ensure timely resolution. • Communicate incident updates to affected users and stakeholders. • Escalate incidents at risk of SLA breach to the Incident Manager. • Maintain accurate incident records and ITSM documentation. • Support incident reporting, trend analysis, and problem management activities Requirements • Diploma in Information Technology (IT) or a related field. • Good English communication skills. • Previous experience in IT Support or a related field is preferred. • Willingness to work in shifts. • Available to work on a full-time basis. • Good communication and problem-solving skills Show more Show less
