The Inside Sales Specialist serves as a key member of the Cranesmart commercial team by providing comprehensive inside sales, order management, and customer support for Cranesmart products and services. This role is responsible for managing the complete order lifecycle, supporting outside sales through quotations and sales administration, coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while enabling the outside sales team to focus on business development and strategic account growth.
