Job DescriptionLea d with the direct manager to achieve the platform's strategic objectives. Utilize platform data to drive investment in clients and customers. Lead the Takamol product portfolio and product targets to ensure product performance, meet customer demand, impact the market, and support Takamol's strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities • Lead responsive action in case the product fails to meet the KPIs specified in the original business case in order to rectify the situation, minimise deviations and increase product effectiveness. • Manage the analysis of product quality control metrics to ensure accuracy, as well as adherence to Takamol's agreed standards. • Identify training and development needs to support the professional development of direct reports, in particular regarding best-in-class product management practices. • Perform any other duties as required by the direct manager. • Utilize platform data to drive investment in clients and customers. • Collaborate with the direct manager to achieve the portfolio's strategic objectives. Key Requirements Job Requirements • Postgraduate degree (MA or MBA) in Business Administration, MIS, IT or a similar field. • +15 years of experience in Product Management or a relevant area. • Strong Leadership. • Advance knowledge Marketing. • Advance Negations. • Analytical Thinking. • Budgeting.
