Product Specialist -Medical Supplies and Equipment

1. Present, promote, and sell products using persuasive arguments to exist and prospective customers. 2. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for existing customers to address their requirements. 3. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. 4. Expedite the resolution of problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction. 5. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the established schedule. 6. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. 7. Analyze the territory market’s potential and track sales and status reports. 8. Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services. 9. Keep abreast of best practice and promotional trends. 10. Continuously improve through feedback. 11. Reporting in the prober time. 12. Manage the stocks in the hospitals. 13. Following up collection issues. 14. Manage meetings and actions with the accounts. 15. Make improvements or take corrective action. 16. Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job. Skills and Abilities: Good level usage of computer systems. Selling Skills. Experience: 1-2 Years of experience in Cardiology industry. Education: Bachelor’s degree in biology, biomedical or pharmacy. Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic. Licenses / Certifications: N/A
