Resident Engineer

Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the Construction Supervision team and oversee project delivery. • Represent the Consultant and coordinate with Client, Contractor, PMC, and stakeholders. • Ensure construction compliance with approved designs, specifications, contracts, quality, and HSE requirements. • Monitor progress, schedule, risks, and corrective actions. • Review contractors’ work programs, method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions. • Manage contract administration, including RFIs, variations, claims, reports, and payment certifications. • Lead coordination meetings and resolve technical, contractual, and multidisciplinary issues. • Oversee testing, commissioning, completion, and project handover. Requirements • BSc in Architecture with 20+ years of experience, including 10+ years in KSA/GCC. • PMP certified with strong project management skills. • Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts. • Proficient in Aconex for official project correspondence. • Fluent in English with excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
