Senior Compliance & AML Officer

National Finance House is looking for a Senior Compliance & AML Officer to join its Compliance Department. This role is responsible for supporting the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Company's Compliance Program, ensuring adherence to the regulatory requirements issued by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), and promoting a strong compliance culture across the organization Key Responsibilities: 1 Support the implementation of the Company's Compliance Program and monitor adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies 2 Review regulatory requirements issued by SAMA and assess their impact on the Company's policies, procedures, products, and business activities 3 Lead compliance reviews across business units to evaluate regulatory compliance and identify areas requiring corrective action 4 Monitor the implementation of corrective actions related to compliance observations raised by SAMA, Internal Audit, External Audit, and other control functions 5 Review and update compliance policies, procedures, manuals, and related documentation to ensure alignment with regulatory developments 6 Prepare compliance reports and dashboards for Senior Management and Board Committees, highlighting key regulatory developments, compliance risks, and the status of remediation plans. 7 Provide compliance advice and guidance to business and support functions on regulatory matters and new initiatives 8 Support regulatory inspections, examinations, and information requests from SAMA and other competent authorities 9 Conduct compliance risk assessments and contribute to the development of risk-based monitoring and annual compliance plans 10 Deliver compliance awareness sessions and provide regulatory guidance to employees across the Company 11 Promote a culture of integrity, ethical conduct, and regulatory compliance throughout the organization Show more Show less
