Senior Manager - ITSM & Quality Control

The role is responsible for the daily oversight and governance of the Digital Bank ITSM processes. And enforcing, monitoring, measuring, and continually improving several process areas. The ITSM Process Managers actively engage with internal squads and chapters to ensure that ITSM tool sets are equipped for efficient and effective execution of assigned ITSM processes. The role will facilitate IT operations across D360 Bank by providing modern and efficient ITSM tooling and processes thereby supporting the delivery of innovative and creative entertainment.
