Senior Product Specialist - Pharmaceutical

1. Present, promote and sell product using solid arguments to exist and prospective customers 2. Perform cost–benefit and needs analysis of existing customers to meet their needs. 3. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. 4. Reaching out to customers leads through cold calling. 5. Expedite the resolution of problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. 6. Achieve agreed upon sales target and outcomes within schedule. 7. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. 8. Analyze the territory markets potential, track sales and status reports. 9. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, competitive interest activities, and potential for new products and services. 10. Keep abreast of best practice and promotional trends. 11. Continuously improving through feedback. 12. Reporting in the prober time. 13. Manage the stocks in the hospitals. 14. Following up collection issues. 15. Manage meetings and actions with the accounts. 16. Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job. Skills and Abilities: - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities for the employee to have. - Good level of use of computer systems. - Make improvements or take corrective action. - Able to solve problems. Experience: 1-2 years’ experience with related business and area. Education: Bachelor in Medical, Pharmaceutical, Biomedical. Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
