Space Business Growth and Planning Expert

Job Purpose The role holder is responsible for supporting Space Business planning, market assessment, portfolio analysis, and business performance activities to identify growth opportunities and support effective strategic decision-making. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures. Job Responsibility • Support the development and update of Space Business plans, value propositions, and portfolio roadmaps. • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking across satellite and Space-related services. • Support market sizing, demand forecasting, and assessment of target segments, customer needs, and priority use cases. • Analyze portfolio performance and identify opportunities for business growth and improvement. • Support the preparation of business cases and financial assessments for Space Business initiatives. • Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning activities. • Monitor business KPIs, revenue, cost, profitability, and strategic initiatives. • Prepare periodic business performance reports and management presentations. • Support assessments of partnerships, investments, and other strategic growth opportunities. • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support execution of approved Space Business initiatives. Job Responsibility (cont.) Years of Experience • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the relevant field. Nature of Experience • Prior experience in Business Planning, Market Analysis, Business Analysis, or Business Development, preferably within the telecommunications, technology, or satellite industry.   Job Band SME Skills • Knowledge of Business Planning. • Knowledge of Space and Satellite Market. • Knowledge of Business and Financial Analysis. • Analytical and Reporting Skills.   Education Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Engineering Masters Degree in Business Administration Additional Education Certifications • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) • Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
