Supervisor - BI and Analytics

Key Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Design and implement data strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance clinical and operational efficiencies. 2. Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with healthcare regulations. 3. Oversee the development of advanced analytics models, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders. 4. closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and clinical operations, to ensure BI solutions meet business needs. 5. Evaluate and recommend BI tools and technologies to enhance data visualization, reporting, and analytics capabilities. 6. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. 7. Present findings and insights to executive leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. 8. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of BI initiatives and drive continuous improvement. 9. Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job. Job Requirements Skills and Abilities: - Proficient in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R). - Strong understanding of healthcare data, including clinical, operational, and financial metrics, with familiarity in EHR systems. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to derive insights from complex datasets. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in software implementation, project management, or technical support, in a similar role. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. (e.g., Certified Business Intelligence Professional) is a plus. Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic. Licenses / Certifications: SCE
