The Role: To lead a self-directing, multi-functional team to efficiently intake of poultry and process specified poultry products to meet internal customer requirements within management performance parameters efficiency, loss-in-process, zero non-conformance by the targeting the right product specifications, quality and safety standards. To be successful in this role, you must have the following: • Diploma in Poultry Processing /Food Technology or related discipline Computer literate. • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position within a poultry food environment, Experience in finalizing and implementing the daily Production plan with Production Management team regarding production and maintenance activities. • 4 years’ experience in a similar position within a Poultry /Food environment, Conduct Internal Quality /HACCP Audits, Propose deification/process optimization in order to improve service level of department, Well versed with developing systems, SOPs and plant commissioning Experience in conducting Safety and Risk Assessments. • Excellent written and spoken of English. • Competencies such as; People Management skills, Decision making skills, Problem solving skills, Team building skills, Able to handle work pressure, Ability to communication effectively verbal and written.
