Job Purpose To provide legal support and advisory services across the organization by reviewing and drafting legal documents, supporting contractual and regulatory matters, managing legal cases and disputes, and ensuring organizational activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia Roles and Responsibilities Ensure work is performed based on approved policies, processes, procedures, and instructions • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, cost reduction and productivity improvement • Ensure day-to-day activities are properly performed in line with policies and procedures • Follow-up on escalated cases/issues of subordinates to ensure they are closed efficiently and in a timely manner • Provide legal advice and support to departments on operational and business-related legal matters. • Draft, review, and provide legal comments on contracts, agreements, memoranda, undertakings, and other legal documents. • Review organizational policies, procedures, and official documents from a legal perspective when required. • Conduct legal research and provide interpretations of applicable Saudi laws and regulations. • Support the management and follow-up of litigation cases, claims, disputes, and other legal proceedings. • Prepare legal memoranda, correspondence, notices, responses, and other required documentation. • Coordinate with external legal counsel and law firms regarding assigned legal matters and cases. • Monitor legal cases, deadlines, hearings, judgments, and required follow-up actions. • Support negotiations, settlements, and dispute-resolution activities as required. • Assist departments in identifying potential legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigating actions. • Liaise with relevant government, regulatory, judicial, and other external authorities when required. Maintain accurate and updated records of contracts, legal cases, correspondence, opinions, and supporting documentation. • Monitor changes in applicable legislation and regulations and communicate relevant legal implications to concerned stakeholders. • Prepare periodic reports on legal cases, contracts, risks, and other legal activities. Job Qualifications and Requirements 2–5 years of relevant experience in legal affairs, corporate legal services, contracts, litigation, or a related area ز • Familiarity with Saudi legal system and relevant healthcare laws and regulations. • Strong skills in legal drafting, research, and case management. • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage sensitive information. Education and Certifications Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) – Required • Legal certifications or training in litigation or dispute resolution – Preferred • License to practice law in Saudi Arabia – Preferred • Proficiency in Arabic and English Skills Excellent administrative and organizational skills. • Good communication skills in Arabic and English (verbal and written). • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Ability to prepare clear reports, meeting minutes, and maintain accurate records. • Time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Basic knowledge of IT service workflows and healthcare IT systems is desirable. • Ability to manage confidential information professionally
